  1. Introduction

Welcome to Axend, a Philippine-registered company offering online functional movement and performance enhancement programs led by qualified movement coaches and partner professionals. By using our website, booking a session, or engaging our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Axend (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and you (“Client”, “you”, “your”).

  1. Nature of Service

Axend offers functional movement coaching and performance programs designed to improve physical wellness, body awareness, and movement efficiency.
Axend does not provide medical diagnosis, physical therapy, or healthcare services.
While our programs are designed by professionals with training in physical therapy or related disciplines, they are delivered solely for educational, fitness, and wellness purposes and should not be considered medical advice or a substitute for treatment.

Clients are encouraged to consult their licensed healthcare provider before starting any new movement or exercise program, especially if they have pre-existing conditions or recent injuries.

  1. Service Process
  1. Client signs up through the Axend platform or website.
  2. The support team confirms interest, gathers general information, and sends a payment link.
  3. Upon payment confirmation, the client is scheduled for a discovery session with a US-based physical therapist (consultant).
  4. The consultant develops a customized functional movement plan.
  5. The plan is implemented through one-on-one online sessions conducted by Axend’s licensed movement coaches.
  6. Each session is documented securely using a HIPAA-compliant platform.
  7. Services conclude upon completion of the paid package or number of sessions.
  1. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are made in advance and confirmed by the Axend support team before scheduling.
Payments are non-refundable once a program has commenced.
Partial refunds may be considered only in cases of verified technical issues or Axend’s inability to deliver the scheduled sessions.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and assessment.
  • Participate actively and responsibly in all sessions.
  • Disclose any physical limitations, injuries, or health concerns before starting a program.
  • Use Axend’s online platforms respectfully and avoid sharing login credentials.
  • Refrain from recording or redistributing any session content without written consent.
  1. Intellectual Property

All program materials, movement plans, videos, and documentation are the property of Axend or its US partner and are protected under copyright laws.
Clients may use these materials for personal purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or share them publicly or commercially.

  1. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Axend complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and relevant HIPAA standards.
All client data, including session notes and program materials, are stored in secure, access-controlled systems.
Axend will not disclose any personal or session information to third parties except as required by law or with the client’s written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Axend, its affiliates, and consultants shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in any program.
Clients acknowledge that all movement-based programs carry inherent risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for their participation.

  1. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, parties agree to seek amicable resolution first.
If unresolved, disputes may be brought before competent courts in Metro Manila, Philippines, or California, USA, depending on the jurisdiction of service delivery.

  1. Amendments

Axend reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and shall take effect immediately upon posting.
